REGISTER YOUR WINES
Wineries, use the online form to submit your wines for competition. Details of the competition are below. If you have troubles with the online submission or feel more comfortable using pen and paper we also have a printable form. Online is preferable. We are here to help if you have any questions!
Once you have completed your entry form you can go to the Shop tab at the top to pay your registration and wine fees. Once these steps are completed we will email you with the information packet and shipping details. Thank you.
Eligibility of Entrants:
Entry includes (3) 750 ML size bottles. For alternate packaging, equivalent amounts to the standard bottle size are recommended to be considered.
Planning Ahead: $85 per wine (deadline Nov 30, 2023)
Early Bird: $95 per wine (deadline Jan 31, 2024)
Regular Price: $105 per wine (deadline Mar 31, 2022)
To be eligible for consideration, all wines must adhere to the following:
Winery must be licensed
Must register with link above or mail entry form and submit payment
How to Enter:
Below are the steps to enter wines into the Belle and Bottle Wine Awards
1. Register using link above
Complete your Company profile
Submit the specifics of wines that are being entered into the competition
Include logo and winery images to be used for promotion
Option 1. – Use link for electronic submission payments
Option 2 – Mail Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Check with your paper submission forms
Once we receive your payment, we will email you specific shipping instructions.
At the time of shipment, one label should be printed per each box being shipped. Should more than one box be shipped, please indicate boxes to ensure all entries are received. For Example, Box 1 of 3, Box 2 of 3, Box 3 of 3.
Upon shipping, please email the tracking details to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the maximum number of wines received reaches our maximum count, we will close the deadline submission date early.

Upon registering you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth as outlined in the Entry Form, How to Enter, Shipping and Deadlines.
All payments are final and non-refundable after March 1, 2022. If a shipment has been made prior to cancellation, the winery is responsible for the return and shipment costs.
Those who enter and win benefit from our vast network of exposure throughout the United States. With your award-winning wine, you will be featured in our Buyers' Guide, website, blog articles and social media throughout the year. In addition, our media partners and women in wine advocates will be sharing about the events and the wines.
The Grand Tasting Event will be held on July 23 at Sparkman Cellars in Woodinville, WA.
*All winners are requested to be poured at the Grand Tasting Event All participants are invited, even if no medal was received.
Quality - All wines are first blind-tasted and scored for overall quality (not comparative.) This is most heavily weighted. Judges will record a price estimate during blind tasting
Food Parability - Also part of the blind tasting.
Value - The labels and SRP will be revealed and the judges will use their estimate from the blind tasting to help with their value scores
Package and Design - Acknowledges that consumers are expecting a complete package inside and out for their wine experience. Whether on a shelf or presented at a restaurant, what impact is your packaging having on your sales.
Double Gold, Gold & Silver awards, in traditional categories by varietals, etc. In addition we are excited to introduce our specialty categories which take into account buying opportunities that normally get overlooked and are geared directly to help our female buyers. Wines for parties, hostess gifts, dressed to impress, etc. We don't want to give away all of the fun, but know the judging will be serious and the buying assistance we aim to share with our audience will show the joy in wine, sharing it and your knowledge with friends and family!
